Warranty, Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not provide any warranty or future claim for pre-loved items bought through our website.

• We provide standard warranty as per industry standards for new furniture and equipment.
• New or made to order Items once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing fault in the item identified and reported by the customer either at the time of taking delivery or within 2 working days of taking the delivery.
• The garage Sale company solely on its own discretion reserves the right to may buy back any item sold by the www.garagesale.com.pk within 1 month of the sale date @ 50% of the original sale amount or less if the condition of the item has changed from the day it was purchased.
